Chief

When a person starts working, he/she usually meets his/her chief. Sometimes, chief hires the person by himself/herself. It is very important to get a good worker that will correspond to all requires, and sometimes it may be really difficult for the chief to find the person that would do his/her work properly.

Relations with chief play an important role in the life of people. Person's job, salary, benefits and responsibilities depend on relations with the chief.

Of course chief must treat worker considering his/her professional skills and talents. Personal relations and life shouldn't interfere with relations at work place even if he/she is a chief.

A good chief values his/her workers, takes care of them and tries to make their conditions of work better.

Usually workers hate their chiefs. In China to give people relief after quarrels with chiefs, a big toy of a chief is put at some workplaces with which workers may do everything they want from saying to it everything they want to say to the chief to fighting with it.

Almost every working person had the situation when he/she was right but boss got cross with him/her yelling. And this is the worst about it because people have no chance to say anything in response because it will make the situation worse. So people keep their anger inside and usually give vent to it at home. And the consequences are huge quarrels in families because of which some people even get divorce. In fact, chiefs are responsible for thousands of divorces that take place in the world.

Injustice is one of disadvantages of work. But sometimes there are much more complicated situations. For example, sexual harassment of the chief that usually refers to chief-men. The majority of women are afraid to turn for help as they are afraid to be fired, to loose their husbands because they may not understand that, etc. According to law, chiefs may be punished for it. That is why it is necessary to turn for help, but at the same time to have proofs.

At the same time, workers must try to understand their chiefs. Chief is responsible for the work of workers that is why he/she can't be always nice and kind with you. Besides, chiefs have much more duties at work that is why it is necessary to be loyal to them.

According to statistics men hold the majority of leading positions. There are only a few women who hold leading positions. This fact is connected with the belief in incapacity of women to work hard due to religious, social and political views. With the development of feminism, women became more independent and received the right to work. And the modern trend is to give leading positions to women, as they are more responsible and careful.

According to belief of the majority of people, there should be a balance between female chiefs and male chiefs. And some work is better done by women while another is better done by men due to psychological and physical differences between two genders.

Any work should be done properly no matter a person holds the leading position or not.
